Using the festivaltts4r gem

## Installation

* `apt-get install festival lame`
* `gem install festivaltt4r`

## Usage

    require 'festivaltts4r'

    "I'm talking".to_speech
    "I'm talking".to_mp3 'talking.mp3'

Output:

Listen to the talking.mp3 file
